Program Description

This two-year program is designed to prepare students for a career in real estate. The program combines foundational business concepts with the real estate expertise skills necessary for students to successfully enter a real estate related business.

  • Minimum grade of "C" for each course
  • Minimum cumulative MCC GPA of 2.0 to graduate
  • Remedial/Developmental level courses do not apply.
  • 25% of the credits in this program must be taken at MCC
