Colorado Asset In-State Tuition 

To qualify for Colorado ASSET in-state tuition a student must: * 

1. Have attended a public or private high school in Colorado for at least one year immediately preceding graduation or completing a GED in Colorado
2. Have been physically present in Colorado for 12 consecutive months prior to enrolling in an institution
3. Apply for College Opportunity Fund
