Overview:

This certificate focuses on the structural and exterior aspects of construction. Topics include an introduction to business, construction and roof design, form and foundation systems, blueprint reading, cost estimation, and exterior finishes and trim.

Carpentry Interiors

Overview:

This certificate introduces students to interior carpentry and design. Courses include CAD (1), Interior Carpentry, Technical Math, and Remodeling, Renovation, and Additions. Students learn the basics of AutoDesk for design layout and basic functions of the design program. Interior carpentry skills include hanging and finishing drywall, installing and trimming interior doors and windows, and installing baseboards.
